7 Killed as Patna-Bound Bus Overturns in Jharkhand's Hazaribagh

Hazaribagh: A Patna-bound bus overturned in Hazaribagh district in Jharkhand on Thursday, leaving as many as seven people dead and many injured. Sources revealed that the bus was plying to Kolkata from Patna. The accident is said to have taken place at around 6.30am. Soon after police received the information about the accident, a police team rushed to the spot to assist in rescue and relief operations."Seven deaths have been confirmed so far. Meanwhile, the locals have blamed the bus driver for negligence. A local, while speaking to PTI, said the driver lost control over the vehicle due to over speeding.Police have launched an investigation into the accident. No arrests have been made yet.
