Tragedy unfolds as Siddipet Collector's gunman takes lives of wife, children, and self

Siddipet: In a heart-wrenching incident that has sent shockwaves through Siddipet, Akula Naresh, a 35-year-old Personal Security Officer employed by the Siddipet district collector, took the lives of his wife, son, and daughter before turning the weapon on himself on Friday morning.

According to the police, the tragic event unfolded at approximately 11:15 am when Naresh, armed with his service revolver, shot his 30-year-old wife, Akula Chaitanya, along with their two children, Akula Revanth (6 years old, 1st standard) and Akula Rishita (5 years old, UKG). The horrifying incident concluded with Naresh taking his own life.
