On Wednesday, Delhi's Finance Minister Kailash Gahlot presented Delhi's budget for the year 2023-24 after a two-day delay. Gahlot was presenting the budget for the first time as former Finance Minister Manish Sisodia resigned from the post after he was arrested by the CBI in the liquor case.
