The Delhi High Court on Friday said that "no coercive action" should be taken against the two Delhi police officials who allegedly fired at a lawyer during the clashes at Tis Hazari court, till December 23. A division bench of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice C Hari Shankar was hearing an application filed by the Delhi Police seeking no coercive action to be taken against Assistant Sub Inspectors Kanta Prasad and Pawan till the completion of judicial inquiry in the incident.
