Mumbai: Mumbai Police will provide the CCTV footage of the spot of the incident from the night of Disha Salian's death to the lawyers representing her father, Satish Salian.
The lawyers Abhishek Mishra and Ishwarlal Agarwal had visited Malad, Malvani Police Station, to seek CCTV footage, photos, room evidence, and the postmortem report in the Disha Salian case.
Police To Hand Over Key CCTV Footage
"During the investigation, we required certain documents, for which we submitted an application. They assured us that the postmortem report would be provided today, while other documents like CBR, CCTV footage, and location reports would be handed over by Monday. We have already submitted our request and received confirmation,” Lawyer Abhishek Mishra said.
He further said that once the documents are received, legal proceedings will proceed according to the scheduled court hearings.

The Bombay High Court, on Friday, accepted the petition filed by Disha Salian's father, Satish Salian, seeking a fresh investigation into his daughter's death and on the alleged involvement of Uddhav Thackeray's son and former Maharashtra minister, Aaditya Thackeray.

The writ petition filed by Disha Salian’s father has been submitted to the Bombay High Court registry, and the matter is likely to be mentioned by his lawyer for an urgent hearing next week.
Earlier, on March 19, Satish Salian, father of Disha Salian—who was the former manager of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput—broke his silence five years after his daughter's death, claiming that she did not commit suicide but was murdered.
