The tale of 18-year-old Amit Chaudhary from Meerut is a classic case of converting adversity into opportunity, as he was framed in a case of the killing of police personnel and was one of the 17 accused in the case. Even though Amit was absolutely innocent, he was charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and National Security Act (NSA).After he was put behind bars, Amit was released on bail in 2013 and thus began his journey of transformation. He decided to fight his own case and studied law, to the extent successfully proving his innocence after arguing in the court of law.Meerut man wrongly implicated in murder of two policeman Amit Chaudhary was arrested by the police in Meerut in the case of the murder of two police contsbles after having accused him of working for the Kail gang. The accused were immediately arrested as it involved the killing of policemen and apparently the orders directly came from Chief Minister Mayawati. Notably during the time of the incident, 18-year-old Amit Chaudhary was in Shamli with his sister. He was arrested alongwith 17 other accused in the case.He remained for two years in the jail, at times amidst dreaded gangsters. However Amit, the son of a farmer remained resolute even in jail of not falling prey to the dismay that awaited him. He denied the offers made by the notorious gangsters languishing in the jail, of joining their gangs to engage in criminal acts.After getting a bail in 2013, he immersed himself in the study of law and completed BA, LLB, and LLM, eventually passing the Bar Council's exam. Subsequently he fought his own case and emerged victorious. In the decision which came recently, the court exonerated 13 individuals including Amit Chaudhary.

After getting a bail in 2018, he immersed himself in the study of law and completed BA, LLB, and LLM, eventually passing the Bar Council's exam.
