A day after the Modi government moved to scrap Article 370, Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday tabled the J&K Reorganisation Bil in the Lok Sabha. Here  is how Rahul Gandhi's statement match to that of Pakistan.

  • UNILATERAL: Rahul Gandhi said the Indian government is “unilaterally tearing apart J&K”. Pakistan Foreign Office in a statement had said on Monday. Pakistan Foreign Office in a statement said, “Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognised disputed territory“. “No unilateral step by the Government of India can change this disputed status, as enshrined in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions. Nor will this ever be acceptable to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan,” it said. Here is the full statement.
