Kapil Mishra: 'Outsider' Kejriwal attacking Biharis as he's nervous
Former AAP MLA turned BJP Delhi neta Kapil Mishra has hit out at Arvind Kejriwal on his 'outsider' remark against Biharis, saying that the Delhi CM is nervous
"The man who came to Delhi with Rs. 500 in his pocket and became Delhi Chief Minister, is today hitting out at people from UP and Bihar who spend Rs. 500 and come to Delhi for free medical treatment under Ayushmaan Bharat scheme," came the stinging attack from former AAP MLA turned BJP Delhi politician Kapil Mishra, who hit out at Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for his jibe against Biharis coming to Delhi and availing free medical facilities meant for Delhiites.
Kapil Mishra slams Kejriwal in a blog post
In a stinging blog post, Mishra said this is because Kejriwal is fearful of action against illegal immigrants in India, "If you notice it, from the day the NRC debate began in Delhi, from that day Kejriwal has been making these nonsensical statements against Purvanchalis (people from UP, Bihar). Himself born in Haryana and a resident of Ghaziabad in UP, there is only one reason for this hate from Kejriwal. Defeat in Punjab, then in MCD polls, BJP’s stunning win in UP state election, AAP defeats in all states they fought elections in and finally in Haryana, where Kejriwal himself did rallies for General elections, AAP candidates not only losing their deposits but earning less than NOTA. Kejriwal has taken these defeats personally."
'Kejriwal is afraid'
"He and his team have begun to blame the people themselves for their choice. This is the same reason why the AAP government first stopped free treatment without Delhi voter card in Delhi hospitals and then even blocked the Centre’s Ayushman Bharat scheme in the national capital." Mishra even reminded of the physical attack by AAP’s Amanatullah Khan against BJP MP Manoj Tiwari not so long ago that was caught on camera. "Now Kejriwal is afraid of losing his vote bank of illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya migrants in Delhi, that’s why he has gone berserk since the NRC debate. He especially hates Tiwari, because he has faced defeats at his hands, and the BJP Delhi chief is also a Purvanchali.", added Mishra.
Asked if this ‘outsider’ politics could hurt AAP in forthcoming Delhi Elections, Mishra told Republic TV, "This can be one of the reasons but there are several others already. AAP is set for a historical defeat. They may not recover from this defeat."
