Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali, Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy, minister Talasani Srinivasa Yadav also attended the swearing-in ceremony.
After the ceremony, Reddy was congratulated by Prime Minister-elect Modi who extended his wishes to the YSR Congress Party president assuring full co-operation from the Centre to Andhra Pradesh.

Unfortunately, KCR and Reddy who were scheduled to attend the Prime Minister-elect's swearing-in Ceremony in Rashtrapati Bhawan at 7 PM would be unable to do so after denial of permission to land their chartered flight in Delhi.
