The Supreme Court on Thursday gave relief to former Congress president Rahul Gandhi while also asking him to be careful from hereon. Justice SC Kaul, while reading out the SC judgement said that it was unfortunate that the contemnor had made such remarks and that he, holding such an important position, should have been more careful. Justice Kaul further observed that no court should be dragged into any political discourse. The contempt plea against Rahul Gandhi referred to his attributing the 'Chowkidaar Chor Hai' slogan to the top court.
