The abrogation of Article 370 by the Modi government not only made India's claim on Kashmir a reality but also came as a big blow to Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The article which granted a special status to Jammu and Kashmir was revoked on August 5 ushering in a new era of Kashmir integrated India. However ever since its passage in the Parliament, Pakistan PM Imran Khan left no stone unturned to showcase his discontent over India's landmark decision.

From calling the Modi led government a regiment of white supremacists to posing a threat in terms of a nuclear war, Imran Khan was seen shadowing the ISI's ideology.

However giving voice to this observation was BJP MP and senior leader Subramanian Swamy who on Wednesday went to the extent of dubbing the Pakistan PM as his country's spy agency ISI's  'Parrot', speaking its language.

Putting forth his opinions during a discussion on Kashmir organised by the Foreign Correspondents Club (FCC), Swamy dubbed Imran Khan as "dummy" while making it clear that this was his sole view and had nothing to do with his party.

"Now the only issue that remains is that of the Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir, which is India's territory. As far as Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan is concerned, he is dummy of ISI. He is their parrot and speaks only the language of ISI," said an infuriated Subramanian Swamy.

Article 370

The move spearheaded by Modi- Shah's collective efforts has been a bone of contention ever since its coming into effect. While  many lauded the Government's efforts to integrate Kashmir enhancing industrialisation and structural development in the region, many opposed to the move as a violation of the Nehruvian ideology.

On the nullification of Article 370, CPI's general secretary D Raja questioned the government's handling of the Kashmir situation saying, it has now become a "quadrilateral issue" with global powers like America having a say in it too. While
eminent senior lawyer and Rajya Sabha MP KTS Tulsi termed the move the Modi government's masterstroke, but questioned the decision on the grounds of legality.
