A day after Manav Sharma committed suicide, the TCS manager's sister, Akanksha has made chilling revelations against her sister-in-law and has blamed her for her brother's death.

‘She Told Me That Manav Wants to Commit Suicide': Manav's sister has claimed that on the day of the incident, she got a call from her brother's wife, Nikita. She said that Nikita told her that Manav informed her about wanting to commit suicide. Following this, she (Manav's sister) called him and spoke to him, he assured her that he wouldn't do anything, but the next morning they came to know that he had hanged himself.
Manav's Sister on Her Sister-in-Law's Character: The TCS manager's wife further said that two days after her brother committed suicide, they found the video that he had recorded. Manav had spoken about his wife's character and that several chats highlighted the same. She said that Manav had come to know about Nikita's past and her many relationships, which disturbed him a lot, and that's when their fights started; the couple decided to get a divorce. Manav's sister said that both of them had come to Delhi from Mumbai and had also gone to drop his wife to her home; the sister of the deceased has accused her sister-in-law's family of saying something so upsetting to Manav, that it led him to commit suicide.
‘Nikita Was Lying’: Manav's sister has also accused Manav's wife Nikita of lying repeatedly. On Nikita's allegation that Manav used to beat her after drinking alcohol, his sister said that Manav did not drink and was a teetotaler and was a very caring person, so there is no question about him beating her. She also said that on his wedding with Nikita, it was Manav who hugged his in-laws and cried at the time of ‘bidai’. Manav's sister has claimed that her sister-in-law was at their place after Manav committed suicide, but two days later, when they realised that she was responsible for this, they sent her away with folded hands.

Deceased TCS manager Manav Sharma's wife Nikita has claimed that her husband battled alcohol addiction and had previously self-harmed before ultimately taking his life. In a video shared on social media, she opened up about her experiences, alleging that her husband was trapped in his own struggles, dealing with alcoholism and a tendency towards violence.
She has also accused her deceased husband of domestic violence after consuming alcohol, and went on to say that he had also tried to hang himself on multiple occasions; she claimed that she saved him every time. Nikita has also alleged that despite complaining about the abuse to her in-laws, there was no response because they dismissed her concerns and asked her to resolve her issues and live happily with her husband.
‘Think and Talk About Men’: Manav Sharma Recorded Video Before Committing Suicide
Before taking his own life, the TCS manager from Agra, Manav Sharma recorded a 6-minute and 57-second video in which he conveyed his deep distress regarding his marriage. In the heartfelt recording, he was visibly emotional, urging society to recognize the difficulties men encounter. He made several pleas for people to "consider and discuss men's issues," while expressing remorse to his parents for his irreversible choice. Manav's video has ignited a conversation about the challenges faced by men within society, prompting many to call for increased awareness and support.
