Truck driver turns chef, cooks while traveling, has 12 lakhs YouTube subscribers

Over the past four years, home cooking has gained popularity following the COVID-19 pandemic. We have witnessed home cooks creating inventive and delicious meals. 

There is one cook, though, whose talent isn't confined to the kitchen's or a house's four walls. A truck driver is demonstrating his culinary prowess by cooking in his truck as he is driving, surpassing the notion of cooking inside four walls.  

Recently, a truck driver by the name of R Rajesh shared the video, which for all the right reasons became popular on the internet. He is preparing a delicious traditional Indian chicken dish in his video. 

The video is appealing because of the manner he teaches cooking in a "desi" vernacular. 

His accent and method of preparing meals in his vehicle have won several admirers on social media. He states in the video, "We're heading from Hyderabad to Patna today.

 The weather is pleasant. Today we are preparing an Indian chicken curry. The location appeals to me because it has mountains and clean air." He displays chicken and sliced onions on dishes as he introduces his cuisine. 

Then he placed the plateful of sliced onion in the pan to fry while explaining the cooking procedure. He then carries on preparing the meal. He and his son are seen later in the video enjoying some delicious chicken curry over rice. 

The people on the internet are loving his videos especially his way of talking in a 'desi' manner. The video is raking in likes and views. People on the internet are referring him as “Masterchef” and “best food vlogger”. People are calling his truck as ‘Chalta firta Dhaba’ and ‘five star restaurant’. 

At the moment, Rawani has 12 lakh YouTube subscribers and 4 lakh Instagram followers. He travels with his son Sagar in a truck on multiple occasions. In addition, Sagar records and edits videos for his dad.
