The anger at the death of the martyrs had sparked protests and tribute marches all over the nation. Several celebrities from the film industry, too, had expressed their grief over the tragedy and many even pledged donations for the welfare of the families of the soldiers. The handle added, “We would like to thank you all for showing your support towards the Martyrs.” Commendable work has been done by @SrBachchan, @aamir_khan and #RanbirKapoor for the tribute song #TuDeshMera dedicated to the Martyrs of Pulwama. Big B, who had pledged a donation of Rs 5 lakh each to the families of the martyrs, had recently given his voice for a special video of completion of 50 years of the Central Industrial Security Force and also for Mumbai Police’s Quick Response Team.
