The accused, identified by his Instagram handle @guru__brand0000, posted several offensive videos where he can be seen approaching women tourists at the Amer Fort in Jaipur.
In these videos, he makes derogatory remarks and assigns "price tags" to the women. One video has him saying, "She is available for ₹ 150, she is for ₹ 200, you can get her for ₹ 500 and this one is for ₹ 300." The unsuspecting tourists, unaware of the situation, simply wave at the camera.

The videos quickly went viral, causing widespread disgust. Netizens expressed their outrage, highlighting how such behavior tarnishes India's image and discourages international tourism. Many users tagged the Jaipur Police in their comments, demanding the man's arrest.

Responding promptly to the online outcry, the Jaipur Police confirmed the man's detention. An FIR (First Information Report) has been registered against him under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Information Technology Act (IT Act).
These sections include charges of harassment (IPC 354), public mischief (IPC 505), and publishing obscene content online (IT Act 66D). Additionally, the Rajasthan Tourism Business Act has also been invoked against the accused for potentially forcing tourists into purchases.
