Video shows man hurling colour bomb inside Parliament

New Delhi: In a huge security breach that took place inside the Lok Sabha, a man reportedly jumped the visitor's gallery and trespassed into the Lok Sabha chamber on Wednesday, December 13. The man, wearing a blue jacket, jumped from the visitor's gallery and proceeded to run around the House, hurling colour bombs and smog crackers. The security breach was caught on camera.

The trespasser was observed inside the Lok Sabha while West Bengal BJP MP Khagen Murmu was speaking. The hearing was adjourned until 2pm.

Notably, today, December 13, happens to be the 22nd year of the 2001 Parliament attack.

Special police cell team from the Parliament Street police station has moved to Parliament. Delhi Police CP has been called to the Parliament. Probe is underway.
