Gurugram: A video from Gurugram is doing rounds on social media as it shows several vehicles "flying" over an unmarked speed breaker on Golf Course Road on Monday night. The video has gone viral on social media.
The video shared by user @BunnyPunia on X displayed a speeding white-coloured BMW car running over the speed breaker, and rising above a few inches before landing back on ground after covering a distance of a few metres.
The video also captured the movement of two trucks passing over the same speed breaker and experiencing a jerk. Reacting to the video, a man named Vipin claimed it was him who was driving the luxurious car and protested the pending marking of speed breakers on such roads.
He replied, "This happened to me yesterday. It’s criminal to leave speed breakers without marking in such roads."
Describing his experience, he said "it was a bad shock."
The video also gained massive attention from netizens. One of the X users called him out for overspeeding after he said he drove at 60-65km/hr. Thereafter, he replies sarcastically, "Yes, the technicality is the most important thing here. Thanks!"
Another user jokingly said that NHAI is "making world class roads."
He tweeted, "@nitin_gadkari ji @NHAI_Official is truly making world class roads !"
GMDA has also taken cognisance of the incident. Responding to the post the GMDA wrote, "Dear Sir, DLF is taking up further necessary action in this matter. Thank you."
