'We stand with the people of India', says Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu, showing solidarity against cowardly Pulwama attack perpetrated by Pak-backed Jaish-e-Mohammad

Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a personalised tweet to "his dear friend" Prime Minister Narendra Modi, expressed his condolences following the heinous crime that martyred 44 CRPF jawans.

Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a personalised tweet to "his dear friend" Prime Minister Narendra Modi, expressed his condolences following the heinous crime that martyred 44 CRPF jawans.  

India's strategic partner, Israel expressed solidarity with Indians and the Indian security forces. 

In a tweet, he said, "To my dear friend, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, we stand with you, the security forces and the people of India following this heinous terrorist attack. We send our condolences to the families of the victims."

Earlier on Friday, Israel's Ambassador to India released a statement expressing their deepest condolences. 

Along with Israel, the United Nations, United States, Russia, Australia, United Kingdom, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and countries across the globe have extended their condolences to the families to the deceased and strongly condemned the terror attack for which Pakistan backed terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad has claimed responsibility. 

Washington even asked Pakistan to end "support" and "safe haven" to terror groups, condemning the Pulwama attack on jawans. 

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said, "The United States calls on Pakistan to end immediately the support and safe haven provided to all terrorist groups operating on its soil, whose only goal is to sow chaos, violence, and terror in the region."

While Russia President Vladimir Putin confirmed to consolidating counter-terrorism cooperation with India. 

He said, "Please accept my most sincere condolences in connection with the death of Indian law enforcement officers as a result of the terrorist act in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. We strongly condemn this brutal crime. Perpetrators and sponsors of this attack should be punished.  I would like to confirm the readiness for the further strengthening of counter-terrorism cooperation with our Indian partners. Russia shares the grief of the friendly people of India and hopes for the speedy recovery of the injured."

Meanwhile, condemning the attack in the strongest words, and denouncing Pakistan for their role in backing terror outfits, the government has requested the Ministry of External Affairs to take diplomatic measures to ensure complete isolation of the terror-friendly neighbour from the international community.
