Some professionals may taste success early in their careers, while most take long years to reach where they wish to be in their entrepreneurial journey. Every individual has a unique path to achieving growth and success; however, what remains common among them is the value and principles on which they start and continue to walk in their journeys, says one such high-performing entrepreneurial talent, Kunal Chhabra.

Kunal Chhabra, a Delhi-based multiple business owner, has come forward to speak about adopting a resilient attitude in one’s journey, emphasizing how essential it is for entrepreneurs to build a resilient mindset in business. He points out that entrepreneurship will always remain a challenging journey for everyone who opts to be a part of it, and thus, they must understand that it will be all about the highs and the lows. This is when resilience enters the picture.

Kunal, who started with his father’s guidance in the business world with their family business in bakery and food and today is behind successful businesses in restaurants, crypto trading, travel, and digital marketing, says that resilience is an essential trait to develop so that it can help them overcome several challenges and continue to move them forward in their journeys.

He did precisely that when he faced a few lows at the beginning of his career. But, today, with his presence in multiple niches, he wants to attribute resilience as a trait for a significant part of his success. To build strength, Kunal Chhabra says entrepreneurs need to develop a growth mindset and pursue challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.

Further, he says they must focus on their purpose and always remember the “why” of starting their business. They must also embrace failure, learn from those experiences, and implement the learnings in their next move. Besides this, the owner of “Yara Dubai” and other high-energy bars like Aquila, Bergamo, and The Sky High says cultivating a support system that can provide them with emotional and practical support is also essential.

In the end, he mentions how staying adaptable is key to being open to new circumstances and adapting to recent changes and ideas to reach their desired business growth.
