The wedding season is just around the corner. With so many weddings and wedding functions to attend we cannot afford to buy a new outfit for every occasion. Since Anarkalis have always been in style, you can wear the same Anarkali for different occasions if you accessorise it well.
Here’s how you can accessorise your Anarkali
Jhumkas:
Jhumkas are a piece of jewellery every woman loves to opt for. These go with every traditional outfit. They’re also made in different size and colours, out of which you can choose for your Anarkali.
Shoes:
Picking the right shoe is one essential key of dressing up to the mark. It is always necessary to pick up the right shoe to go with your outfit, which will make you stand out. In the case of an Anarkali, you can opt for a mojdi or high heels depending on the length of your Anarkali or your height.
Dupatta or stole:
A dupatta or a stole is an optional accessory when it comes to picking one for an Anarkali. Suppose, you wear an Anarkali which has heavy work on it, you do not need a dupatta. But in case you opt for a plain Anarkali, you can always carry a heavy or a colour contrasting dupatta to go with your outfit.
Neckpiece:
A neckpiece can enhance your outfit and make you look more elegant and glamorous. Go for chokers when you choose a neckpiece for your Anarkali outfit. If not chokers, you can also wear a simple neckpiece with studded diamonds to look best.
Maang Tika:
Maang tikas are also an optional piece of jewellery to wear along with your Anarkali. If you opt to wear a maang tika, make sure it matches either your earring or your neckpiece. You can also decide the size of mang tikas depending on your earrings.
