The Kawasaki Halloween is said to be the biggest Halloween Festival in Japan and thousands of visitors from around the world come to visit the festival every year.

The Kawasaki Halloween is said to be the biggest Halloween Festival in Japan and thousands of visitors from around the world come to visit the festival every year. This year around 2,500 participants in the parade were eligible for judgment. For all participants in 'Halloween parade', the judges will judge while travelling around the whole day all day. The organizers also offer a general voting system by the Official Kawaharo App where participants can appeal to the judges. The impact of appearance is emphasized more than ever, and participants who managed to appeal to the most number of spectators by surprising, scaring and entertaining them win several luxury prizes. This year too, several people walked the streets of Japan with much enthusiasm and excitement donning quirky costumes.
