Prosenjit Chatterjee, who was recently seen in Khakee: The Bengal Chapter, made his runway debut at Lakme Fashion Week X FDCI. The actor stole the limelight as he walked in an all black Bengali Kochano Dhoti, celebrating his Bengal roots. He paired it with a matching jamdhani kurta and a velvet jacket featuring gold detailings. To accentuate his look, he wore black framed glasses and portrayed the groomed look.

Prosenjit Chatterjee opens up about his runway debut at Lakme Fashion Week
Speaking to the media, Chatterjee said he walked the ramp to celebrate India and to bring the eastern part of India to fashion week. "For me to come out and walk on stage with dada [Prosenjit] and to celebrate our West Bengal boy, Roy [Abhishek] is fantastic. I think we got a huge star in the making and Abhishek is going to represent India and West Bengal throughout the world and I am so proud of him," he said.
On the work front, Chatterjee is gearing up for the movie Devi Chowdhurani, a Bengali-language period action-adventure film directed by Subhrajit Mitra. After being delayed multiple times, the makers announced the movie will now release in May 2025.
