These will be allowed for a limited time on Diwali from 8 PM to 10 PM, with similar hours for Gurpurab, Christmas , and New Year ’s Eve. Bihar In Bihar , a complete ban on all firecrackers, including green alternatives, has been enacted in cities like Patna, Gaya, and Muzaffarpur.
