Image: Pexels)IngredientsFor Chocolate Brownie Cupcakes110 g butter melted150 g caster sugar2 eggs3 tbsp cocoa powder2 tbsp Whittard Limited Edition Chocolate Cherry Hot Chocolate powder1 tsp vanilla extract120 ml milk3/4 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt170 g plain flour12 tsp cherry jamFor Cherry Buttercream150 g butter softened300 g icing sugar2 tbsp cherry jam12 fresh cherries100 g dark chocolate melted(Chocolate Brownie Cupcakes. Image: Pexels)InstructionsFor Chocolate Brownie CupcakesLine a cupcake tray with cupcake liners and preheat your oven to 170CAdd the butter and sugar to a bowl and mix until well combinedBeat in the eggs, milk and vanillaIn a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and hot chocolate powder and mix wellPour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients bowl and fold it through to form a smooth batterSplit the mixture evenly between the cupcake cases and bake for 20 minutesWhile it's baking melt your dark chocolate in a bowl, then dip your 12 cherries into the melted chocolate and leave on baking paper to set.
