Ginger and Honey
You will need one or two slices of ginger roots, one cup of water and honey. Boil one cup of water for five minutes and then strain it. Let the mixture cool down a bit before you consume it. You will be instantly relieved, as ginger is a well-known ailment for such situations. Honey, on the other hand, helps in digestion and healing.
Lemon Juice
You will need just one glass of water; add water, honey and half a lemon to it. Drink this mixture, it not only tastes well but also cures the problem. Drink this for 2-3 days and you will begin to notice the results.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Surprisingly, apple cider vinegar has been gaining immense popularity in the field of home remedies. You will require to have two or three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a glass of water. Mix the two and have it for at least two to three days.
Garlic
You will need two or three peeled garlic cloves. Whenever you are in pain, just chew these cloves and you will be relieved instantly. For a savoury taste, you can have honey with it as well. Garlic has been reported through history to have powerful anti-bacterial properties and can most likely destroy unhealthy pathogens.
