Foie Grass
The dish is rich in flavour, despite its mildly unappetizing appearance. The dish is a combination of fattened liver of a duck or a goose served with mousse, parfait, or pate. The dish is priced quite expensive but it definitely worth it.
Bouillabaisse
Bouillabaisse is a well-seasoned soup typical of Marseille. The dish is made from various fish, shellfish, tomatoes and aromatics from the south of France, mustard and egg yolks. You combine it with potatoes and bread.
Cheese Souffle
This is a classic dish but it very hard to make in regards to the techniques required to make it. The success and taste of the dish depend entirely on the cooking time and oven temperature.
