One of the most well-known foie gras dishes is foie gras with peaches and hazelnuts. This dish is served in almost every restaurant in Paris. However, it's not completely necessary to spend tons of euros for a single portion of foie gras. You can also cook it at home as well.

All you need to do is saute your foie gras in a saucepan on high flame, and cook until its brown and crispy from both the sides. You can combine it with a vegetable salad or cooked peaches, and your foie gras is ready to be served. The key here is not to overcook the foie gras, as it shrinks in size in no time.
