Coconut Chia Granola
Both coconut and chia seeds have several health benefits. Granola, when combined with these two ingredients, makes a perfect breakfast meal. Take some granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, olive oil, and honey. In a bowl, mix olive oil and honey. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and then pour the mixed liquid and toss. Spread it on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. You can even eat with greek yoghurt or cottage cheese.
Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Granola
Take some granola, salted peanuts, ground cinnamon, honey, peanut butter, raisins, and chocolate chips. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. Melt peanut butter and honey together for a smooth mixture. Pour this mixture over dry ingredients. Transfer everything to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and put raisins and chocolate chips. Cookies are ready to enjoy and can also be stored for up to three weeks.
Peanut Butter Chocolate chip granola with Bananas
Take some granola, chopped nuts, peanuts, flax powder, sweetened banana chips, vanilla extract, canola or olive oil, maple syrup and chocolate chips. Combine all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Melt peanut butter and put it on dry ingredients. Add vanilla extract and oil. Mix to blend everything right and add in the maple syrup. Pour the mixture on a baking sheet and bake it for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool it for 30 minutes. Once cooled, add chocolate chips.
