1. Sindhi Kadhi

2. Koki

Koki is one of the most loved breakfast delicacies for the Sindhis. It is very similar to a paratha, but it has a Sindhi twist in its flavour. It is very healthy because of mixed wheat flour, onions, curry leaves and pomegranate seeds. Koki is overloaded with desi ghee in the batter, and also after its roasted. Some like to munch it with a spicy pickle, while some like it plain. Koki with yoghurt has been the best combination so far.

3. Dal Pakwan

Dal Pakwan is an authentic and famous Sindhi food dish. It is basically thick dal served with siders and deep-fried lesser puffy refined flour puris. Flavoured with carom seeds (ajwain) and pepper, this dish is a true delight. Mostly, Dal Pakwan is decorated with a layer of green chutney or tamarind chutney. This gives the dish a very unique flavour.

4. Aloo Tuk

 Aloo Tuk or Sindhi Tuk is a delectable double fried potato dish which is termed to be the crispiest dish ever. The dish is all about deep-fried mashed potatoes made with chilli, salt and a lot of chaat masala. This recipe is very easy to make and can be eaten as an appetizer too. Aloo Tuk is served with spicy chutney or ketchup.
