Aloo Tuk or Sindhi Tuk is a delectable double fried potato dish which is termed to be the crispiest dish ever. The dish is all about deep-fried mashed potatoes made with chilli, salt and a lot of chaat masala. This recipe is very easy to make and can be eaten as an appetizer too. Aloo Tuk is served with spicy chutney or ketchup.
