Chicken Sukkha
Chicken Sukkah is a traditional dish of Mangaloreans. The dish is also known as Kori Sukkah. Chicken Sukkha is the all-time-favourite dish of all the Mangaloreans. The perfectly moist, fragrance, and the subtle tenderness and sweetness of the coconut are what makes this dish special.
Steamed Fish
A coastal region has to have fish mentioned in one of its best dishes. Like any other coastal region, Mangalore too has a variety of fishes. Anjal fish is among the many mouth-watering fish dishes. Anjal fish is marinated with a large number of spices and is later wrapped in a banana leaf and put to steam. It tastes delicious when cooked.
Ghee Roast
The name, Ghee Roast, itself is very tempting. For this dish, chicken is marinated and kept aside for about four to five hours. The marinated chicken is later roasted in ghee, which makes it taste delicious. This is the perfect dish to go along with Neer Dosa.
