- Take 1/2 cup sugar and add water to make sugar syrup
- Take a hand full of mint leaves. Extract the juice of mint in a mortar and pestle by using a little amount of water. Strain it.
- Now add some mint leaves, ice cubes, mint extract, sugar syrup, a pinch of salt, lemon juice and soda in a glass. Stir it well and serve it.
