Bread rolls serve as an easy tiffin snack. Another advantage is that they don't require hours to prepare. As the name suggests, it is made up of bread slides and stuffing of your preference alongside ketchup or chutney. The recipes are inspired by Hebbar's kitchen, which is a popular Youtube channel with 2.8 million subscribers. Take a look at two easy to make bread roll recipes which super flavourful filling.
Paneer Bread Roll recipe:
In a glass bowl, take around one cup of grated/shredded paneer (cottage cheese) and add green vegetables like chopped capsicum and lettuce. Now its times to add all the spices. Add one tbsp of ginger paste and half tsp of red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin, and amchur powder (dry mango) to your paneer mixture. After that, you need to add a big tablespoon of tomato ketchup, some chopped coriander and salt to it. Combine all the ingredients by mixing them well with the help of a spoon. Your paneer stuffing is ready. Take slices of sandwich bread and cut off the edges, and roll them until they are thin and flat. Apply very little amount of soft melted butter on the bread slide along with some mint chutney and spread it evenly. Make cylindrical rolls out of the paneer stuffing. Place it on one end and roll until you cover the entire slide of bread, and secure it tightly. Time to stir fry these yummy paneer rolls in a saucepan with some butter from both the sides. Do this until you get beautiful brown colour on both sides. Your delicious paneer bread rolls are ready to go inside the tiffin box.
Dahi Bread Roll recipe:
Add half a cup of thick hung yoghurt and one cup of grated/shredded paneer(cottage cheese) in a glass bowl. Now add green vegetables like chopped coriander capsicum and lettuce to it along with one cup of finely chopped onions. Add some spices like red chilly red chilli powder, garam masala, and amchur powder (dry mango) to your yoghurt mixture with some salt to taste. Combine all the ingredients by mixing them well with the help of a spoon. Your yoghurt stuffing is ready now. Take slices of sandwich bread and cut off the edges, roll them to flatten. Add the yoghurt stuffing to the bread slices. Place it on one end of the roll with the help of a big spoon, and roll it over until you cover the entire slide. Once covered completely and secure the bread roll tightly, by brushing some water across the edges of the bread and seal the ends. Now put all the yoghurt-paneer bread rolls in a pan on high flame and deep fry in oil. Do this until you get golden beautiful brown colour on both sides. Highly appetizing yoghurt-paneer bread rolls are ready to be served.
