No matter at what time you are hungry, Maggi always comes to your rescue. Maggi is your superhero when you are in a hurry and hunger pangs are big. Maggi is a favourite among children as well. So here we bring some mouth-watering dishes you can prepare using Maggi.
Different dishes you can make using Maggi
Maggi Pakora: Take half ml of water in a vessel and add Maggi noodles to it. Boil the mixture. Do not add masala. Drain the water and wait till it comes down to room temperature. In a bowl, add cabbage, onions, capsicum, green chilies, ginger- garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala, butter, rice flour, gram flour and salt, and mix it well. Mix it with the cooked Maggi to prepare Maggi balls. Prepare a slurry from all purposes flour and water. To this slurry, add some Maggi balls. Mix it in such a way that balls get coated with slurry from all sides. Take hot oil in a pan and fry the Maggi balls till they are golden in colour from all sides. Serve them with ketchup or schezwan sauce.
Grilled Maggi Sandwich: Prepare a vegetable Maggi. Take a bread slice and put some cooked Maggi. Add some cheese. You can also apply coriander chutney on the other slice. Grease your griller with some oil or butter. Grill your sandwiches for 3-4 minutes. Serve the grilled Maggi sandwich with chips and ketchup.
Maggi Pizza: Prepare Maggi in a regular way. In a pan, add some oil, sweet corns and capsicum and cook for a while. Add pizza seasoning and tomato ketchup to this. Take a non-stick pan, add ½ TB of oil. Transfer the cooked Maggi to a pizza base and bake it for 4-5 minutes. You can also add grated paneer and cheese to this. Cut into the required pieces and serve it hot with ketchup.
