Pankaj Bhadouria is a multitalented person. She is a Celebrity chef, MasterChef winner, food expert, and writer. Born and brought up in Delhi, she started her journey of cooking at the early age of 11. She was extremely passionate about cooking and feeding people with delicious food for a long time but destiny had different plans as she went to Lucknow University to get a bachelor’s in education and a master’s in English literature.

Who is Pankaj Bhadouria?

When it comes to delicious Indian cuisine, Pankaj Bhadouria's recipes are always sought for. After completing her graduation, she went ahead and became a teacher and taught kids for 16 long years. The turning point in Pankaj's life came when she got the opportunity for the MasterChef audition. She quit her job of 16 years to join MasterChef and soon won MasterChef India season one. The Indian chef later went on to host many TV shows, including Chef Pankaj Ka Zayka, Kifayati Kitchen, 3 Course with Pankaj, and Rasoi se- Pankaj Bhadouria ke Saath.

Pankaj Bhadouria has also been a prolific writer. She was the first MasterChef Winner worldwide to have an official MasterChef Cookbook in her name and has written two more cookery books, Barbie I can be Chef, and Chicken from my Kitchen. She also has a huge knack for fitness and regularly works out and motivates others to do the same with her social media posts.

When Pankaj was asked about food trends and what she thinks will go on to trend for some years, she said that there will be a shift to plant-based diets, veganism, superfoods. Technology, according to Pankaj, will play a huge role in how the cooking and presentation of the food takes place. She also thinks that local food will be more valued and brought ahead to the mainstream food industry.

Pankaj Bhadouria is married and is a mother of two kids. Her favourite comfort food, surprisingly, is a simple Khichidi with ghee and papad. Pankaj Bhadouria's future plans include taking further interest in culinary education and help youngsters to make a career out of it. She also wants to spread her academy to more cities and wishes to do more books and TV shows.
