Coconut Kale Smoothie with Ginger and Mint

Most green smoothies are delicious, sweet, and ultra-satisfying. This smoothie is no exception. The combination of coconut water and fruit provide a refreshing foundation for green leaves of kale and mint. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled coconut water 
  • 2 cups chopped packed and stemmed kale 
  • 1½ cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 ripe chopped banana
  • 2 tablespoons packed fresh mint leaves 
  • 1 tablespoon peeled and finely chopped fresh ginger 
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 
  • Pinch of kosher salt

How to make?

  • Place coconut water in a blender.
  •  Then, add kale, pineapple, banana, mint, ginger, lime juice, and salt.
  • Puree for about 1 minute, until it is smooth.
  • Add ice water to reach desired consistency (if needed).

Creamy Mango Smoothie

Every sip of this fruit smoothie is a moment of relaxation. In addition, it has a bit of filling protein because of the yoghurt present. It is everyone’s favourite and one of the yummiest smoothies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen mango, chopped
  • ½ cup skim or low-fat milk
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • Pinch kosher salt

How to make?

  • Place chopped mango in a blender.
  • Add mango, milk, yoghurt, agave, ginger, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  • Puree for about 1 minute, until it is smooth.
  • Add ice water to reach desired consistency (if needed).

  • Combine oats and warm milk in a small bowl.
  •  Let it stand until oats begin to soften, which will take about 10 minutes.
  • Place oats mixture, coffee, syrup, banana, and ice in a blender.
  •  Blend for about 1 minute, until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
