Basically it’s a rotten egg (not 100 year old but rather 100 days old), preserved by using clay, ash, quicklime for few months. The yolk turns into a slimy dark green, while the white turns into dark brown jelly type thing. It smells strongly of ammonia but surprisingly tastes like a normal boiled egg.
