Being a working parent makes it quite difficult to get some innovation and prepare creative tiffin dishes for your kids. However, learning some easy and quick recipes can make it easy and feasible to all the working parents. Packing a roll or wrap in your lunch box is easy, healthy and filling too. All you need is a roti, chapatti, or pita bread and you can make any filling with some siders like onion, cabbage, beetroot, cheese. From chicken, eggs to different vegetables, we can make different varieties of wraps for our lunch box. Egg Wrap

Take a bowl and whisk four eggs with 2 tablespoon water, ¼ tablespoon salt and pepper. Alongside that, heat the pan with 1 tablespoon oil or butter. Roast the roti or chapatti or pita bread on the pan, making it hot and crispy. Lower the flame and spread the mixture over the choice of base. Once the omelette is ready, add a layer cheese, spinach, avocado, and ham down the centre of the egg omelette. Roll the egg omelette like a wrap and pack it in your tiffin.

Chicken Wrap

Similarly, for chicken wraps, place your base on a surface. Place about 1/2 cup chicken, 1 tablespoon mayo or pizza spread, 2 tablespoons of cheese, and 1 tablespoon of minced coriander. Heat the pan to medium heat with some oil or butter. Cook wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side or until the wrap is crispy and golden.

Paneer Wrap

Paneer Wrap can also be prepared similar to the chicken wrap. To have some varieties, you can change the spread to tomato or pickles in order to give it a twisty taste. Paneer can also be made into a burji and wrapped in a roti.
