Doctors advise to avoid empty calories during pregnancy, and they stress on including fruits and vegetables in your diet. Fruits and vegetables provide you with the required amount of nutrients for the baby, especially fruits that are rich in some of the key essential nutrients like Vitamin C and Vitamin B. Here are ten essential fruits you should eat during pregnancy.
· Orange
Oranges help in keeping the body hydrated. They are a high source of folate. Folate helps in preventing brain and spinal cord defects. Orange is also a great source of Vitamin C, which helps the body to gain iron.
· Mango
