Along with vitamin B, which is found in red meat, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 are found in most abundance. Vitamin B6 is beneficial for the immune system, along with vitamin B12, which is beneficial for the nervous system. People taking diabetes drugs have an increased risk of having lower levels of vitamin B12. Along with all this, red meat is also good for boosting energy levels. Red meat supports a strong immune system and metabolism. It is also known for boosting brain health.

The dangers of red meat mainly depend on the amount of red meat consumed at once. Besides that, common dangers of having red meat include increasing the risk of certain types of cancer. Red meat may also lead to type 1 diabetes. Along with this, red meat can also lead to heart diseases and strokes. Reportedly, the consumption of red meat is linked to an early death.
