SUGARY FOOD

SNACK ON FRESH FRUIT INSTEAD OF DRIED FRUIT

You may have a weakness for fried foods like french fries, fried chicken, and potato chips, but it will be healthier for your health in the long run to fulfill this desire for another way. They don't just raise blood sugar at the end of the meal; digesting fat takes longer and it can continue over a long period of time. So it keeps blood sugar up for longer too.

Before indulging in a cocktail or even a glass of wine with lunch, check with your doctor to make sure that drinking alcohol is healthy as it may tamper with your levels of blood sugar. Lastly, People tend to think "organic" sweeteners like honey are all right, but the body does not differentiate between these kinds of sugars. None of them are healthy for diabetic people.
