Cod liver oil and fish are two very healthy options to include in your diet. Fish is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids. It helps the most in preventing eyes from cataracts, dry eye syndrome and even macular degeneration

According to Paul Dougherty, MD, medical director of Dougherty Laser Vision in Los Angeles, eating an egg every day reduces the risk of macular degeneration. Not just that, eggs contain lutein and vitamin A, that promote eye health and overall functionality. 

Milk
