In the stressful lives that we live today, it is important to take up some form of exercise to cope with it and more importantly, meditate. Meditation is associated with several benefits including unhindered breathing and respiration. Headspace is an app to help one get more from the day through mindfulness. It will help you guide towards focusing. Headspace will help one if you have sleepless nights. It also includes 3 minute ‘mini meditation’ if a person is on the run. You can also regroup with your friends.

Oak – meditation and breathing

Oak helps a person to individualize mediations by durations. You can choose the minute range from 5 to 30 minutes. You can play soothing soundtracks after the session. Oak tracks a person's progress and encourages to continue a healthy meditation practice.

Insight Timer

Insight app has guided meditations and talks led by the world’s top meditation and mindful experts, and psychologists from Oxford, Harvard and Stanford. There are also community groups for one to join. Improve focus and concentration. Engage in self-love and compassion by using Insight’s special programmes. It also helps to get through recovery and addictions.
