2) Vampire Napkin Rings
Spooky chompers on Halloween will make your table settings look scary. For this, Splash white cloth napkins with red paint, thread a white twist tie through a set of plastic vampire teeth and finally secure a twist tie around the centre of your napkin. If painting is something that even slightly interests you, you should definitely try out this DIY. Make sure you have at least two bottles of black fabric paint colour for this DIY at first.
