On the other hand, New Delhi is all about that amazing nightlife and crazy shopping experiences. Red Fort:

The pride of the Mughal Dynasty, Red Fort is the face of tourist attractions in Delhi. The magnanimous walls and the 'chhata bazaar' are special attractions.  In 2007, Red Fort was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Also, the entry fee is pocket-friendly for the visitors; it is free for children under 15, and ₹ 10 for adult Indians. For foreigners, it is ₹ 250. Remember to visit between 9 am to 6 pm. Also, it is closed on Mondays.

India Gate:

The monument defines the pride of India with ‘Amar Jawaan Jyoti’, whose eternal lighting symbolises a tribute to the Indian soldiers. The structure at Rajpath is a treat to witness in evening lights. For visiting India Gate, the best time is from October to March. There is no entry fee, and the best thing about the place is that it is always open. Also, the 'National Gallery of Modern Art' here is a must-visit.

Lotus Temple:

The uniqueness of the Lotus temple makes it one of the famous destinations to visit in Delhi. Lotus in the Bahai temple symbolises four religions, namely Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and Islam. There are nine doors to this temple which allows 2500 visitors at the same time. The architecture of the Lotus temple is mesmerising, and also it is awarded for the same. The temple is built on Bahai faith which believes that all people and religions are united. The opening hours of Lotus temple are from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:30 am to 5 pm.

Jama Masjid:

India’s largest mosque is situated in Delhi. It can accommodate 2500 devotees at a time. Shah Jahan’s first architectural marvel has four towers; the southern tower gives an amazing view of the city. To avoid crowds, visit during the morning hours. Avoid wearing revealing clothes and women should always cover their heads. The entry fee is free, but for videography, it is INR 300. Opening hours of the mosque are 7 am to 12 pm and 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Don’t forget to try the Changezi Chicken at Karim hotel nearby.

Sarojini Market:

It is one of the best places to shop in Delhi. You can find clothes and accessories at affordable rates in Sarojini market. The biggest market in the city has a lot to offer. You can even find rejected or minutely defected branded pieces. Don’t forget to visit the ‘Graffiti lane’ inside the Sarojini market. Also, try the street food delicacies like momos and ram-laddoo. You can visit the market on any day. Most people prefer going in the morning so that you can bargain more. In the Sarojini market, you can bargain at great lengths.
