In this video, Major Gaurav Arya talks about United States blaming Indian official named Nikhil Gupta for plotting against Khalistani leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. The indictment, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New York on Wednesday, charges a top-level Indian intelligence official, who has not yet been named but has been dubbed CC-1, with masterminding the conspiracy. The indictment claims that CC-1 hired a hit man, Nikhil Gupta, with an advance payment. It also alleges that the Gujarat Police withdrew criminal charges against Nikhil Gupta at the behest of Indian Intelligence to set up the contract killing. Pannun, the founder of Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), is wanted in India for propagating a separatist “Sikh referendum” in several countries. He most recently issued a threat against Air India flights.
