NBA Trade Rumours: Bulls Could Acquire D’Angelo Russell For Otto Porter Jr.
The magazine mentioned that the Warriors have a core team in Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green. Otto Porter could be what the team need, as they need to add players that fit into the team better. If this deal happens, the Warriors would also get a pick, which did not happen when Kevin Durant and Andre Iguodala were traded. The Bulls will get Russell, who will add to their offence. The Warriors need a player that will fill the place KD left and will help the team's performance. However, no decision has been finalized yet. If the Warriors performance does not improve over the season, Warriors might consider a trade before the deadline ends.
Russell is currently averaging at 25.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game. He recorded massive 52 points against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday, November 10. Porter has an average of 11.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. He scored his season-high 22 points against the Detroit Pistons on Sunday, November 3. The Warriors are having their worst season in eight years with 2 wins and 9 losses. The Bulls have lost 7 games and won 3.
