The test vice-captain of India, Ajinkya Rahane finally got to meet his newborn baby on Monday. Rahane was blessed with a baby girl on Saturday, October 5 while the 31-year-old cricketer was in Visakhapatnam for the ongoing test series between India and South Africa. Radhika Dhopavkar, the wife of Ajinkya Rahane, has been active on social media during her term of pregnancy raising awareness about health-related issues. Rahane took to Twitter and shared an adorable picture with his wife and baby and captioned it as 'Hello'.

The fans of the middle-order batsman couldn't help but adore the picture. While many penned their heartiest congratulations, others mentioned the birth of her baby to be auspicious as it coincides with Navratri.

The revelations of the pregnancy was made in July this year when Rahane's wife, Radhika, took to Instagram and shared a few pictures of herself with her baby bump. The Rahanes married in 2014 as they had been in a relationship since childhood. They shared the pictures of the baby shower on Instagram while revealing the pregnancy.
