Sanju Samson's absence from the squad for the India vs Australia series triggered a number of eyebrows. BCCI named a 15-member squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series and players like Sanju and Yuzvendra Chahal have been ignored. Veteran Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin also has been included in the squad.

Sanju Samson's cryptic social media post went viral
Sanju has been in and out of the Indian team and has failed to live up to the expectations despite being given several chances. The Rajasthan Royals skipper posted only a smiley from his official Facebook handle which sent the social media into a spin. It might be related to his repeated snub from the Indian team or it could be related to anything.
Sanju's last stint for the Men in Blue came in the recently concluded West Indies tour and he failed to make his mark once again. It is pretty clear the player will not be in the scheme of things for the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup as both Ishan Kishan and KL Rahul are well-positioned to be picked in the starting eleven.
Netizens went gaga as people reacted to his post. One user said, "Bro be proud of what you have achieved so far."
Another user on Facebook commented, "It's truly baffling to see how selectors continue to overlook such a talented performer. Your dedication and excellent performances should definitely earn you a spot on the international stage. Keep pushing boundaries and proving your worth – your time will come!"
Another user reacted, "This is how it is here so try your best one day they will know your worth take care."
