Australian cricket team pacer Mitchell Starc was the main strike bowler for the visitors and ended England's first innings with figures of 4/82 in 14.4 overs. Starc bowled a fiery spell and dismissed the likes of Harry Brook, Ben Stokes, Chris Woakes, and Stuart Broad. During his spell, Mitchell Starc produced a magical delivery to dismiss English cricket team skipper Ben Stokes for a score of three runs off 16 balls. The incident took place on the third ball of the 39th over.
Ben Stokes played a ball across that pitched within the stumps and took away his off stump. The dismissal was so classic that it even left the English captain stunned.

English skipper loses the toss for the first time in Ashes 2023 series
