As AC Milan lost their match against Fiorentina in the Serie A, the side scripted their most exceedingly terrible beginning in the competition in the previous 81 years. AC Milan lost 1-3 against Fiorentina on September 30, and the team has now lost four matches in the six Serie A games this season. The last time AC Milan lost four of their initial six rounds of a Serie A season was in 1938-39, and that had happened in 1930-31. Milan began the season with a 0-1 defeat against Udinese, yet the side recouped in their next two matches as they scripted triumphs against Brescia and Hellas Verona by a similar edge.
